At Dafen School we believe in nurturing creative, resilient learners ready for an ever-changing world.   Our Nursery is a safe, secure and separate learning space that offers a nurturing environment for our youngest learners to find their feet. 

 

The Nursery class takes part in a wide range of school activities and often work together with other classes on projects.  Nursery children take part in assemblies, special events and share what they’ve learned with other classes.

We have themed topics every half-term based on Enquiry Questions (questions that 3-4 year old children can answer).  We sing, paint, cook, draw, make a mess, dance, create, count, write, experiment, grow, pretend, sculpt, listen, re-tell, talk, help, and play together!  We really do have a lot of fun whilst learning!
